Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for people, management of people, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience, has helped managers team members, as well as organizations improve results. It was particularly true when there was a rapid change and business growth. As an advisor, she was involved in transforming people and business strategies into goals, strategic plans and corporate-wide targets through performance and organizational management including employee participation as well as change. Awed by the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning being the key to competitive advantage. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and trained individuals who have achieved success and results. Her efforts helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she offers support for a variety of non-profit organizations. For instance, she is a member within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women develop into leaders.
