Hayley orrantia is a native of the United States. She's primarily an actor, however she is also a singer and songwriter. She is best known as Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy show "The Goldbergs". But, she is to be primarily an artist. At the age of 9 of age, she began dabbling into music. After she turned 12 years old, music was taken seriously enough that she began professionally trained. The year 2013 saw her take up songwriting and recorded her debut album. From that moment on she's not been back. Orrantia was born in America, has Hispanic roots. Even though she spoke only English as a child and never visited Mexico Orrantia is proud of her Hispanic background. In order to maintain it, she has learned Spanish and created songs in that language. One of her efforts was an original Spanish track titled "Hasta Verte..' Orrantia was selected to audition for the first season, which aired in summer the year 2011. Orrantia was chosen as a result of a YouTube video that she submitted and got four "yes" vote from the jury at the time of live auditions in Seattle, Washington. The first time she auditioned, she was for "Hollywood Week" in a one-on-one capacity. However, three female singers along with her were put together to audition other music. The live shows were held in the 5th week.
